If you have an H.264 license, or convert the video using a codec that allows commercial use, it is allowed.
Any software using the H.264 codec does not allow you to export the video for commercial purposes.
To use video with the H.264 codec for commercial purposes, each user needs to obtain a license from http://www.mpegla.com
Users without such a license can use Amberlight's video for commercial purposes after converting the exported video using a codec that allows commercial use.
We plan to include more codecs supporting commercial or non-commercial use in the recent update.
